Data Controller
The RALLYBAZAR.SK classified advertising portal is operated by a natural person:

hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.
The Controller is responsible for the processing of personal data of users of the RALLYBAZAR.SK portal.

Personal data we process
When using the portal, we may process in particular:
- user account information, in particular name and e-mail address,
- contact details provided by the user in an advertisement, such as a telephone number or e-mail address,
- advertisement content, photographs, location and other information published by the user,
- technical data, such as IP address, cookies, information about the device, browser and user session,
- data about the use of the portal and individual advertisements, such as traffic, views, interest in offers and use of individual features,
- information about followed advertisements and their status,
- data necessary to secure and manage the user account and advertisements.
If the user uses a paid service, we may also process data necessary to order, pay for and record that service.

How we use the data
We process personal data primarily for the following purposes:
- creating and managing a user account,
- publishing, managing, renewing and terminating advertisements,
- enabling contact between interested parties and advertisers,
- providing the followed advertisements feature,
- displaying the current status of followed offers,
- ensuring the proper functioning of the portal,
- protecting the portal against spam, misuse or fraudulent activity,
- evaluating traffic and interest in offers,
- improving the operation and content of RALLYBAZAR.SK,
- providing an overview of advertisement performance for services that include statistics.
We process data necessary for providing the service primarily on the basis of performance of the relationship with the user pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Data necessary for security, protection of the service and reasonable evaluation of its operation may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Where user consent is required for a particular type of processing, we process the data only after such consent has been given.

Public data in advertisements
Data entered by the user into a public advertisement is available to visitors of RALLYBAZAR.SK while the advertisement is active.
Users should therefore publish only information that they wish to make available to persons interested in the offered item.
After expiration, the advertisement is no longer part of the active public listings.
If a user started following an advertisement while it was still active, the expired advertisement may remain available to that user even after its public validity has ended.
If the seller ends or removes the advertisement, its content may no longer be available to followers. The user may only be shown information indicating that the offer has ended or has been sold.

Cookies
RALLYBAZAR.SK may use cookies and similar technologies required primarily for:
- user login,
- maintaining the user session,
- remembering necessary settings,
- security and proper functioning of the portal,
- basic evaluation of service usage.

Who we share data with
We do not sell users' personal data.
Providers of technical services necessary for the operation of RALLYBAZAR.SK may have access to the data to the extent necessary, for example providers of web hosting, e-mail services or other technical infrastructure.
We may provide data to public authorities where we are required to do so by law or by a legally binding request from an authorised authority.

How long we retain data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
We retain user account data for the duration of the user account and subsequently only to the extent necessary to comply with legal, security or legitimate operational obligations.
Information related to advertisements and their use may be retained for a certain period even after an advertisement has ended or been removed, particularly for service security, user account history and statistical evaluation of the portal.
If there is no longer a legal or legitimate reason to retain the data, we delete or anonymise it.

Managing your own data
Users can manage their data and advertisements through their account on RALLYBAZAR.SK.
Advertisements can be edited, renewed or removed through the My Ads section.
Users can manage followed offers through the Followed Advertisements section.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have in particular the right to:
- obtain information about what personal data we process about you,
- request access to your data,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of data where the legal conditions are met,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Data security
RALLYBAZAR.SK uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and user accounts.
Data transmission between the user and the portal is secured using an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, particularly in the event of changes to RALLYBAZAR.SK features, technologies used or legal requirements.
The current version of this policy is always published on RALLYBAZAR.SK.
