Terms of use of the RALLYBAZAR.SK portal
By using the RALLYBAZAR.SK portal, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
-
Nature of the portal
RALLYBAZAR.SK is a classified advertising portal intended primarily for offering and seeking sports and competition vehicles, go-karts, parts, equipment and other goods and services related to motorsport. Posting a standard advertisement is always free of charge. The operator does not act as the seller, buyer or intermediary in a transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service.
-
Responsibility for advertisements
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and current validity of the information contained in an advertisement. Users may publish only content and photographs for which they have the necessary rights and may offer only items that they are entitled to sell or offer.
-
Prohibited content
It is not permitted to publish fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or unrelated offers, spam, content that infringes the rights of third parties, or content contrary to good morals. The operator may edit, hide or remove such content without prior notice and, in justified cases, restrict the user account.
-
Accuracy and validity of advertisements
By posting an advertisement, the user declares that they will, to the best of their ability, keep the offer consistent with its actual status. If the offered item is sold, becomes unavailable or the user no longer wishes to offer it, the advertisement should be marked as no longer current, sold or removed.
-
Following advertisements
Logged-in users may follow selected advertisements. Following is intended to make it easier to return to an offer and view its current status. An expired advertisement may remain available to a user who started following it while it was still active. If the advertisement has been ended or removed by the seller, the follower may be shown information indicating that the offer is no longer current.
-
Transactions between users
The purchase agreement, payment, delivery, handover of the item and resolution of any complaints take place directly between the seller and the buyer. RALLYBAZAR.SK is not responsible for the condition of the offered goods, fulfilment of the agreement or any damage arising between users.
-
Paid and promoted services
Basic advertisement posting on RALLYBAZAR.SK is free of charge. The portal may offer optional paid services, such as Premium or advertisement highlighting. These services may improve the visibility or presentation of an offer, but they do not guarantee a sale, a specific number of contacts or any other commercial success.
If a user activates the paid Premium service, they are entitled to receive a reasonable overview of the performance of their advertisement during the period in which the service is used. Such an overview may include, in particular, information about traffic to the offer, interest in the advertisement and its reach within the portal, allowing the user to evaluate the benefit of the purchased service. -
Use of content for promotion of the portal
By publishing an advertisement, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive right to display its text, photographs and basic information within RALLYBAZAR.SK and to use them to a reasonable extent for the promotion of the advertisement itself and the portal, for example on social media or in marketing materials. The user's copyright remains unaffected.
-
Statistics and usage measurement
The portal may record anonymous data or data associated with a user account regarding the use of the service, such as advertisement views, clicks, gallery openings, contact views, followed advertisements or information about a reported sale. This data is used for the operation, evaluation and improvement of the portal. The processing of personal data is governed by a separate privacy policy.
-
Service availability
The operator strives to ensure continuous operation of the portal but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The portal may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond the operator's control.
-
Changes to the terms
The operator may reasonably update these terms, particularly due to changes to the portal's features, legislation or business conditions. The current version is always published on RALLYBAZAR.SK.
